Fortunately, these problems are not holding the film industry back as much. By the looks of it, 2023 will be the year for the best movies back-to-back! Here are some of the most anticipated movies of 2023:

Wonka

‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ is a classic, timeless story by Roald Dahl that many of us have grown up with. There were two great movies made on the story, with the eccentric chocolate factory owner character being played by Gene Wilder in 1971 and Johnny Depp in 2005. These two movies were mainly focused on the experiences of the lovable young boy Charlie.

However, in this eagerly anticipated 2022 movie, movie director Paul King will be exploring the origin story of Willy Wonka and how he met the adorable OompaLoompas. Willy Wonka will be played by the extremely talented and charismatic young actor TimotheeChalamet.

Mission Impossible 7

Tom Cruise will be back with another action-packed movie in July 2023. However, this won’t be the last. You can expect a Mission Impossible 8 movie in 2024. The filming was supposed to happen in February 2020, but it commenced in September 2020. The movie will have celebrities like Simon peg, Rebecca Ferguson, Hayley Atwell, and Vanessa Kirby. Esai Morales will be playing the main villain.

Oppenheimer

After his super successful movie ‘Tenet,’ Christopher Nolan will be back in 2023 with a biopic about the life of J. Robert Oppenheimer. He will be exploring the character of this famous American theoretical physicist, who is well known as ‘the father of the atomic bomb.’

Although there aren’t many details about the movie given to the public yet, all we know for now is that the movie will have top-rated celebrities like Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., and Florence Pugh.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania

Ant-Man movies always have the most interesting and unique action sequences that audiences can never expect to see in other movies. This Marvel movie will again be taking the audiences deep into the Quantum realm with popular characters like Scott Lang, played by Paul Rudd, and Hope Pym, played by Evangeline Lilly. It will also have the legendary actors Michael Douglas and Michael Pfeiffer playing the role of Hope’s parents.

Indiana Jones 5

People probably didn’t expect there to be a fifth installment of the famous Indiana Jones movie series, but here it is. It will have the eighty-year-old actor Harrison Ford charming the big screen with his presence once again.

The movie will also have the Fleabag series actor Phoebe Waller-Bridge playing a role in the movie and adding her humor to it. However, we are not exactly quite sure of the nature of the relationship between Indiana Jones and her character in the movie.
