First Look: Breathtaking trailer for Ang Lee’s ‘Life of Pi’
20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for Ang Lee‘s adaptation of Yann Martel‘s best-selling novel, Life of Pi. The breathtaking visuals in the trailer are composed by Claudio Miranda, who did the wonderful cinematography for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Essentially the film stars a young boy trying to save a tiger in a small boat. Incrediblily the picture was also shot in 3D, so it should be interesting to see what Ang Lee does with the format.
Starring Suraj Sharma as Pi, with support from Irrfan Khan and Tobey Maguire, Life of Pi is out in theaters on Nov. 21. Watch the trailer in HD Apple.
